At Happy Feet Sky Jumpers, LLC, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please read the following safety guidelines and rules carefully to ensure a safe and fun event.

General Safety Guidelines:

  1. Supervision is Mandatory: A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. This person should be familiar with all safety rules and capable of enforcing them.

  2. Age and Size Restrictions: Please adhere to the age and size guidelines specific to each inflatable. Mixing older and younger children can result in injuries.

  3. Capacity Limits: Do not exceed the maximum number of users for each inflatable. Overcrowding can lead to injuries and damage the inflatable.

  4. No Rough Play: Flips, somersaults, wrestling, and other forms of rough play are not allowed. No climbing or hanging from the interior or exterior of the inflatable.

  5. Weather Conditions: Do not use the inflatable in rain, winds above 20 mph, or extreme temperatures (below 40°F or above 100°F). If bad weather occurs, evacuate and deflate the inflatable immediately.

  6. Footwear and Accessories: Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and any sharp objects before entering the inflatable.

  7. Food and Beverages: No food, drinks, or gum are allowed inside the inflatable. This helps to avoid potential choking hazards and keeps the unit clean.

Electrical Safety:

  1. Tripping Hazards: Extension cords can pose a tripping hazard. Ensure they are placed in a way that minimizes this risk and do not cover them with rugs or mats.

  2. Power Source: Use only the designated power sources provided or approved by Happy Feet Sky Jumpers, LLC. Ensure the power source is grounded and protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).

Liability and Legal:

  • You assume all responsibility for injuries or damages that occur during the rental period. This includes any damage to the inflatable due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow these guidelines.

  • A comprehensive liability waiver and hold harmless agreement must be signed before using the inflatable.

Emergency Procedures:

  1. Deflation: In case of accidental deflation, remain calm and instruct all users to exit the inflatable immediately.

  2. Injuries: In case of injury, call emergency services immediately and then inform Happy Feet Sky Jumpers, LLC.

  3. Evacuation: In case of fire, severe weather, or any other emergency requiring evacuation, calmly and quickly exit the inflatable and move to a safe location.

Final Notes:

  • Failure to adhere to these safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

  • These guidelines are designed to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Please follow them carefully.
